Thames Conservancy Boat Plaques
The Thames Conservancy managed the River Thames in England and enamel boat license plaques were typically issued annually, and they displayed the year of issue along with the Thames Conservancy logo or crest. These plaques were affixed to boats to demonstrate compliance with the regulations set by the conservancy and were issued between 1888 and 1948.
