Starter Pistol Italian 1960s
This is a 1960s Italian starter pistol which is a blank-firing gun used primarily for signaling in races and events. Resembling small revolvers or semi-automatic handguns, these pistols were typically made of metal alloys, using blank cartridges to produce a loud noise without firing a projectile. Manufacturers like Bruni and Giacosa were well-known for these compact, lightweight pistols.
