Bayonet French Gras 1848 Military
The 1848 French Gras bayonet was designed for the Chassepot rifle, a bolt-action firearm that was adopted by the French army in 1866.
This type of bayonet was widely used until the end of the 19th century and has become a notable piece of military history, particularly for collectors and historians interested in French military equipment.
